Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Optical Dispenser. This is a unique opportunity to work in a family-owned practice, providing exceptional customer service and technical skills.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills. You will be responsible for various tasks, including customer service, sales, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and general retail skills.
  • Sell optical products, including plano and prescription sunglasses.
  • Ensure high-quality patient experience through efficient dispensing duties.
  • Process online orders and maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Complete administration tasks, including booking appointments and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in retail or sales.
  • A self-assured individual with confidence to make decisions and take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with patients, colleagues, and networks.
