About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Country Road. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers
  • Utilise our product knowledge tools to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and share your expertise with customers
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is presented in accordance with our brand guidelines
  • Live and role model our Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results
