About the Role
The Sales & Design Consultant position has been established due to store growth, focusing on strong customer relationships and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships, upholding company reputation, in-store & in-home sales, achieving sales targets, and increasing company market share.
Benefits
The role offers a generous salary package of $70K-$85K Base + Super + Huge Commission Structure, excellent workplace culture, variety with in-store & in-home sales, ability to provide an entire end-to-end solution for clients, small team, work autonomously, and career development opportunities.
Requirements
To be considered, you will have experience selling high-end products, advantageous if you have sold interior design products. Sales experience is a must. Key skills include a strong drive to succeed, conducting showroom sales & on-site consultations, professional presentation, based in Melbourne, and a valid driver's license.
