Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Townsville.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing Service & Selling teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion our Customer First Strategy and drive sales growth
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead teams across various departments
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and performance
- Lead by example and role-model a customer-focused service and selling culture
- Maximize team service and selling activities and minimize operational activities
- Lead, empower, and inspire teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs
- Experience in performance management and coaching
- Superior customer service and selling skills
- Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
