About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team at Myer Townsville.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing Service & Selling teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion our Customer First Strategy and drive sales growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations and lead teams across various departments
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team productivity and performance
  • Lead by example and role-model a customer-focused service and selling culture
  • Maximize team service and selling activities and minimize operational activities
  • Lead, empower, and inspire teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous experience as a retail manager, area manager, or similar
  • Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve sales and meet KPIs
  • Experience in performance management and coaching
  • Superior customer service and selling skills
  • Strong retail, financial, and business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
