This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading project in Australia. As the Electrical Package Manager, you will oversee major electrical packages including substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, HV & LV reticulation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and client-facing skills. They will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing full scope of electrical design and supply scope packages to ensure each stage is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Planning and managing electrical packages from design to construction and commissioning.">
  • Reviewing project documents such as design drawings, specifications, inspection reports, and changes.">
  • Identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks to enable the project to meet its schedule and obligations.">
  • Managing subcontractors during the construction and commissioning phase.">

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in electrical engineering and experience in delivering electrical packages on major infrastructure projects. Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills are also essential.
