About the Role:

As a key member of our Enablement team in Queensland, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Driven Change Leader to drive initiatives that enhance the experience of vulnerable members.

This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of our Vulnerable Member Policy and driving data informed improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse member data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support process and system changes aligned with Member Guardian focus areas.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on vulnerable member issues across projects.
  • Provide data driven insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business units.
  • Investigate and resolve complex member matters.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in change management and project coordination.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to resolve conflict effectively.
  • A passion for improving member outcomes and driving meaningful change.
