Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Driven Workforce Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making to contribute to the success of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people metrics and be able to gather, organize and analyse data from various sources to support workforce initiatives. They will also be experienced in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change through analytical insights and fostering a culture transformation aligned with our strategic goals.

About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field.
  • You have proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field.
  • You are advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business.
