Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Data Architect to lead the strategic design and evolution of our customer data platforms. This role is central to delivering personalization at scale, driving data integrity, and enabling seamless integration across marketing, sales, and service journeys.

You will guide solution design across a range of modern integration and governance tools, ensuring we have the right platform and data architecture to support current needs and future vision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solution Architecture Experience: Deep experience in designing and implementing customer and marketing data platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise integration solutions.
  • Data Modelling: Strong knowledge of customer data models, hierarchical relationships, and segmentation logic.
  • Event-Driven Design: Experience with event-driven design patterns, data contracts, and lineage tracking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS services, Databricks, and integration technologies, as well as security, consent frameworks, PII handling, and governance best practices.
