Reliability Engineer

About the Role
As a Maintenance Fitter at Asahi Beverages, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and mechanical maintenance of our facility. You will work with machines that deliver iconic brands and beverages that consumers know and love.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the plant and all machinery/equipment is working to 100% to maximise throughput and efficiency
- Complete all required work orders with little or no impact to the production schedule
- Maintain a detailed work history captured through our maintenance management system
- Ensure that all upcoming planned maintenance and project work runs smoothly
- Utilise your knowledge and experience to efficiently identify faults and rectify them under pressure
- General cleaning and housekeeping of areas, tools, machinery
- Communicate with co-workers and management verbally & by telephone or email
- Work with the maintenance manager and maintenance planner to ensure all safety related issues and risks to the plant and our equipment are realised, resolved and captured
About You
We are looking for a trade qualified mechanical fitter with a sound knowledge of maintenance, engineering and production processes within an FMCG manufacturing environment. You should be passionate about safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that your entire team is operating in a safe manner and are following processes accurately. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to juggle competing priorities, while maintaining the quality of your work, and be a team player and can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
