Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative professional to join our People and Culture team as a key partner in driving business outcomes through effective HR partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and employees across the organization
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management and policy interpretation
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement key projects and policies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Substantial experience in HR partnering roles, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication, consulting, coaching, and negotiating skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and trends

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a higher educational facility or similar setting
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a focus on developing and leading high-performing teams
