We are seeking a dedicated and passionate speech therapist to join our dynamic team. As a speech pathologist, you will have the opportunity to deliver evidence-based therapy across the lifespan in varied clinical settings, building your skills and confidence in areas such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing, and feeding.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments across the lifespan, utilizing your expertise to identify areas of need and develop effective intervention plans.
  • In this role, you will develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, working closely with clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
  • As a member of our team, you will work with clients in clinic settings and community locations such as homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities, providing support and guidance to individuals and families.
About You
  • To be successful in this role, you will require a current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility upon degree completion, as well as excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You will also need a valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle, allowing you to travel to various locations and meet with clients.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector is essential, as is a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
Training & Development
  • We offer in-house professional development opportunities, including regular sessions, online learning, guest speakers, and leadership development programs, to support your ongoing growth and success.
  • Dedicated weekly one-on-one supervision with a supervisor will also be provided, allowing you to receive guidance and feedback on your performance.
