- Work independently, efficiently solving clinical and non-clinical problems on a daily basis.
- Apply strong clinical reasoning skills across multiple conditions.
- Liaise with diverse stakeholders to ensure patient care excellence.
- Australian Association of Social Workers Certification and membership (AASW).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to work as a sole practitioner while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues.
- Passion for ongoing learning and growth clinically and non-clinically.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High standard of ethical practice.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service standards.
- Capacity to provide clinical supervision to junior staff if required.
- Openness to constructive feedback.
