Mental Health Therapist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team of experienced professionals. As a pioneer in the field of online counseling, we provide our therapists with the autonomy to make clinical decisions, work with diverse populations, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients through online counseling sessions.
  • Cultivate a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Requirements
  • A relevant Australian qualification (e.g., ACA Level 3 or 4, PACFA Clinical Membership) and at least 3 years of experience counseling adults.
  • Maintain professional liability insurance, pass a background check, and have a reliable internet connection.
