Job Description

Aerospace Operations Specialists work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and executing complex military operations involving aircraft, drones, and other aerospace assets. They are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of missions, while also providing critical support to troops on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan aerospace operations, including flight schedules, aircraft maintenance, and logistics
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected situations or crises
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of aerospace operations, including mission debriefs and after-action reviews
  • Collaborate with other units and organizations to share intelligence and coordinate efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $120,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
