As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and fostering innovation in our engineering organization.

About the Role
  • Lead a high-performance engineering team to deliver high-quality products that support our company's vision and mission.
  • Partner with our People team to attract and engage top talent and foster a collaborative, ambitious, and outcome-driven culture.
  • Provide direct leadership to engineering managers and some engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and drive business results.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a proven track record of successfully leading high-performance engineering teams through scaling periods.
  • Is a strong communicator and has excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate teams by working both with managers and directly with engineers.
  • Has 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including overseeing an engineering org of 20+.
  • Has experience delivering and maintaining B2B web apps, with some consumer-facing product experience preferred.
  • Is comfortable operating in an environment where you need to get your hands dirty when needed.
  • Has strong technical mastery in software engineering but remains curious and committed to learning and improving their craft.
