**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Associate to provide care and support to individuals in the community with various needs including physical and mental disabilities, learning disabilities, and elderly care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients, engaging in conversation and social activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transferring, using mobility aids if necessary
  • Support clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if required
  • Assist clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Transport Clients to appointments and outings

While qualifications for Support Work may vary based on the type of supports required by individuals, we prefer candidates with relevant experience or certifications. In addition to qualifications, an ABN and access to a reliable vehicle are essential requirements.
