**Job Title:** Care Support Associate

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at The Views home in Heidelberg.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing empathy, support and companionship through daily living activities, assisting with meal services, and planning engaging day programs.

This role offers a diverse and exciting experience, with each day presenting a new chance to connect with residents and make a real impact. You'll be part of a respectful, collaborative environment where you'll be trusted to do your best and prioritized for wellbeing and growth.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
