- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with leaders to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare administration.
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
- An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
- A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to drive sales and KPI's.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to stock volumes and stock management.
