Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to oversee the delivery of a 5-storey commercial project based in Shepparton. This role is ideal for an individual with solid concrete and formwork experience, who thrives in a structured environment with clear expectations around safety, quality, and program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring the successful delivery of the Shepparton project to time and quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors, maintaining construction program schedules, and monitoring workmanship.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Foreman on multi-level commercial projects
  • Strong background in concrete structures and formwork is essential
  • Highly organised, punctual, and reliable with strong leadership ability
  • Sound understanding of construction programs and scheduling
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Relevant trade background or builder qualification preferred
