Site Leadership Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our residential architectural projects across Melbourne.
- This is an opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills to manage multiple sites, oversee material requirements, equipment procurement, and sub-trades onsite.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, conducting regular toolbox meetings, and directing site teams and sub-contractors.
- A successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the domestic/custom/high end residential space.
- Trades background or Construction Management qualification.
- Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic leadership style.
- Ability to motivate and direct site teams and sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
