Project Manager Role

A key position has arisen for a skilled project manager to lead and manage internal and external contractors on complex construction projects.

The successful candidate will prepare and submit RFI, Notices of Delay, variations and EOT documents, providing weekly reports to customers and project managers.

This role requires ensuring compliance with customer and company safety, quality and business processes, as well as writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessments.

Effective communication skills are essential to read, interpret and communicate plans effectively to stakeholders, while also ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project.

A strong relationship builder, this individual will manage cost control, reporting, procurement and contract management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a site manager position working on large-scale projects (over $3 million)
  • Excellent time management and people management skills
  • High attention to detail and a safety-focused approach to work
  • Problem-solving and innovation skills as an individual and as a team player
  • Construction White Card and current driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety and Environmental standards
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to obtain DCSI and Australian Defence Security Clearance
  • Senior first aid training
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessment
  • Experience using Procore and Pronto or similar related Project Management & ERP programs (Desirable)
