Dynamic Role for Virtual Services Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Services Manager to spearhead the growth and development of our virtual services nationally.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development and sales, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can prepare and forecast budgets, develop strategies for excellent client service, and improve procedures and policies to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing revenue and client portfolio through innovative sales strategies
  • Ensuring technical and operational staff deliver outstanding experiences for all members
  • Liaising with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive business success
  • Improving procedures and policies for enhanced customer experience
  • Setting and managing KPIs and L&D for the team
  • Managing day-to-day operation of virtual services

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in business development and sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and forecast budgets and targets
  • Prior experience in product development and hospitality
  • Experience in start-up companies or similar
