This role involves taking ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy for a well-established brand during a period of growth and innovation.

Job Description

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels.

Collaboration with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and global teams is also expected, providing exposure to large scale initiatives and enterprise marketing tools.

Please note this role requires on-site work 5 days a week in the CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy
  • Create and deliver integrated campaigns that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
  • Plan and manage industry events, partnerships, and sponsorships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver on campaign and content objectives
  • Manage performance metrics and monthly/quarterly reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong experience managing integrated campaigns, events, and third-party agencies
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Data-driven decision-making and performance optimisation
