Senior CRM Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing innovative CRM marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
The successful applicant will be responsible for creating personalized and engaging customer experiences across multiple channels, working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and executing comprehensive CRM marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Analyzing campaign results and providing actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining and developing existing and future audiences through effective segmentation and targeting.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in CRM marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis and interpretation.
- High level of proficiency in Tessitura or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
