Lead Rehabilitation and Reintegration

This is a highly rewarding role that plays a critical part in supporting offender rehabilitation and community reintegration through a therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of therapeutic programs and case management for offenders with severe substance use disorders.
  • Lead a team of professionals, managing their professional development and HR-related functions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community service providers to facilitate successful reintegration.
  • Deliver evidence-based, accredited programs and intensive case management to offenders.
  • Drive a culture aligned with human rights frameworks and rehabilitation principles.

  • Proven experience working with individuals presenting Severe Substance Use Disorders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
