Job Description

We seek a skilled professional to collaborate with design, architecture teams and third-party vendors on implementing performance optimization solutions for cloud and in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have experience in custom coding in Java to build custom tools.
  • Develop and implement performance tuning solutions and roadmaps for the platform.
  • Develop non-functional requirements for new and old platforms.
  • Experience in capacity planning is required.
  • Chaos engineering and SRE expertise is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in various performance tuning tools.
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases for Big Data, Payments solutions, and multi-cloud and third-party applications.
  • Oversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services for performance testing and optimization.
  • Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies and Payments to assess and enhance performance.
  • Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.
  • Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.
