We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgery Specialist to join our team.
This is a senior medical practitioner role within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality orthopaedic surgical services to patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert orthopaedic surgical care to patients, working effectively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Leading and supervising medical and surgical trainees, residents, and students, ensuring they receive the best possible training and mentorship.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols that enhance patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Medical Practitioner registration or eligibility in Australia.
- Recognized specialist qualifications, such as Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons or equivalent.
- Appropriate experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Completion of a 12-month Fellowship in Complex Trauma and Revision Arthroplasty.
