Robotic-Assisted Orthopaedic Support Specialist Opportunity

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with orthopaedic surgeons to plan and execute robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system. As a key member of the surgical team, you will leverage your clinical knowledge and technical expertise to drive optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • In-theatre Expertise: Provide technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during Mako-assisted procedures.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with surgical teams to ensure seamless use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Pre-operative Planning: Conduct CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Clinical Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent the organization at multiple hospital sites, promoting excellence in robotic-assisted orthopaedic care.
