Job Title: Service Support Officer

HammondCare At Home is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Support Officer to join our frontline care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide reliable office-based support for Care Managers, clients, and their representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks related to care workers, including timesheets, ordering personal protective equipment, and care worker equipment.
  • Process staff and client changes, payroll, and client documentation, in consultation with Care Managers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client contact in the client management system and report to relevant Case Managers as necessary.
  • Manage incoming enquiries promptly and escalate as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to clients, including taking phone calls, ordering stock and equipment, filing, and preparing documentation for client assessments.
Requirements:
  • Background or experience in administration with demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service principles to ensure consistent provision of exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to record, report, and maintain information.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem-solve with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
