About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Residence Life team as a Residence Support Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to our student accommodation facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Residence Life team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and activities that promote student engagement and community building.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong administrative skills, with experience in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
