The role:

  • Coordinate end-of-month accruals and accounting processes with detailed budget analysis
  • Manage capex reporting, collaborating with project managers to achieve targets and identify opportunities
  • Support annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, including data establishment and stakeholder management
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure budget and forecast alignment while identifying risks
  • Provide stakeholder management and client engagement support, including attendance at client meetings
  • Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and risk identification
  • Support systems implementation and operations, maintaining data integrity between finance systems JD Edwards and key platforms Ingenious
  • Manage ad-hoc queries and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and contract KPIs are met
