We are seeking an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team at Vicinity Centres. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the brand strategy and annual marketing plan for our centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Planning: Work closely with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager to develop and implement the centre's brand strategy and annual marketing plan.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute strategic campaigns, activations, and projects to timelines and budgets.

  • Consumer Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of consumer segmentation and key target markets to create value and deliver a return on investment.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager, Digital and Social Specialist, and other stakeholders to develop and implement social and digital strategies, activities, and reporting.

  • Centre Operational Support: Provide centre operational support, including duty management shifts, centre walks, hoarding management, and onsite contractor support.

  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support the Regional Brand and Marketing Manager with the annual budgeting and planning process.

  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports, attend Joint Venture Meetings and regional meetings, and perform administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Experience: An experienced marketing professional from retail and/or brand marketing with competency in modern, results-driven marketing.

  • Knowledge: Strategic marketing expertise, including data and insights, frameworks, methodologies, and channels.

  • Skills: Event management, project management, proofreading, editing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, financial acumen, and organizational, project management, and time management skills.
