About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team as a Client Solutions expert. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized professional to leverage their skills in client relationship management, digital marketing strategy, and affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions to support affiliate initiatives and share insights, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within client accounts, leveraging analytical skills to assess performance data and inform decision-making.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve disputes efficiently, maintaining positive relationships and fostering trust.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of affiliate marketing programs, working closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their business needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including client service (agency, client, or consulting)
  • BA degree in a Marketing field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and solutions
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions
