We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Typist and Receptionist to fill a fixed-term position, covering maternity leave for 6 months.

The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday with flexibility for leave cover RDOs and short notice sick days.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Complete doctors letters and reports accurately
  • Schedule patient appointments and referrals efficiently
  • Process billing and manage patient records effectively

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Excellent computer skills including word processing excel and email management
  • Typing speed of at least 60wpm with high accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills experience as a Medical Receptionist or Typist and a thorough understanding of medical terminology.
