**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a customer service champion with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to offer a friendly and welcoming service to our customers who attend the Richmond PPCC. This role involves two afternoon /evening shifts on Monday 3pm to 10pm and Tuesday 3pm to 10pm.

The Richmond Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC) aims to assist community members of all ages suffering from urgent, non-life-threatening injuries or illness to obtain fast, priority care. These services are expected to provide comprehensive care to patients and to avoid long wait times in public Emergency Departments. This service will be available to support St Vincent’s Public Hospital Emergency.

**What you will be doing**
- Key Responsibilities_
- Assist customers to connect with our services directly or by referring them to the appropriate team
- Provide administrative support to the team and maintain strict confidentiality
- Arrange and co-ordinate interpreting/translating services when required
- Book and rescheduling appointments for customers attending our premises in person
- Collect and processing payments and claims for services delivered

- Organised with strong attention to detail Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Customer Service training from hospitality and telecoms desirable
