We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill a vital role in enhancing the lives of clients by effectively coordinating their care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients and their families to discuss their care requirements and coordinate services accordingly
  • Conduct regular client care assessments to ensure their needs are being met comprehensively
  • Handle information requests, feedback, and general inquiries from clients and their families efficiently
  • Manage service schedules for clients by rostering care workers based on their qualifications and availability
  • Guarantee all documentation is accurately and thoroughly completed in our databases and software programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Current or willingness to obtain Australian National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Full Driver's license and a reliable, registered vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
