Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology enhancement initiatives.
  • Act as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation.
  • Perform as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems.
  • Enhance delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Possess skills in Performance and Reward, Workday, Data Visualisation tools, Technology Enhancement, Remuneration Practices, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Able to utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team.
