
Auction Territory Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Auction Territory Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, securing heavy equipment consignments, and growing auction sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure heavy equipment consignments and fill the auction yard ahead of each sale date.
- Broaden your territory through superior new business development skills and maximise consignments using established networks in the industry.
- Consign equipment to any Euro Auctions sale site around the world, maximising earning potential.
- Expand territory to include potential customers globally.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Machinery enthusiast with entrepreneurial nature, maximising sales from new and existing customers.
- Excellent negotiator with ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
- Experienced in hunting new business opportunities using current and innovative techniques.
- Competent in creating demand for consigned heavy equipment.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Excellent communicator building rapport and attracting Buyers and Sellers to auctions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales record with minimum 4yrs experience in Construction, Agriculture, Transport Sector, or associated industries.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Attendance at relevant auctions.
- Established network of contacts within industry.
- Excellent knowledge of national and global market.
- Grown knowledge of Auction industry, buying, selling, and bid-catching at Auctions.
