Operations Director Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced Operations Director Lead to manage our service operations and maintenance teams. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of these teams, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of operations managers to plan, formulate, and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities.
- Reviewing our facilities management programs and developments to ensure that they meet our goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Maintaining good relations with our tenants and managing tenant fit-out works.
This is a challenging but rewarding role for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or facilities management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
