Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead organisational change, business engagement, communications and training for our Digital Transformation Group.

This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing organisational change management strategies and plans. You'll provide coaching to leaders in helping them fulfil their roles as change champions and advocates, and offer direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they lead their staff through transformation.

Your main accountabilities include:

  • Developing and implementing organisational change management strategies and plans.
  • Providing coaching to leaders in helping them fulfill their roles as change champions and advocates.
  • Providing direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they lead their staff through transformation.
  • Identifying potential risks associated with the change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensuring change readiness; tracking and measuring effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be an experienced Change Manager with a minimum of five years' experience successfully implementing key cross-functional business projects. You'll possess superior engagement and communication skills to facilitate and present.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Ability to identify behavioural barriers to change acceptance and offer innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to assess change impact and interpret qualitative feedback.
  • Skilled at managing multiple change initiatives, effectively managing stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
