Role Overview

This is a key leadership position focused on creating and implementing employment pathways for young adults with disability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to enhance career opportunities for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing community connections and industry partnerships.
  • Developing and delivering individualised employment plans tailored to participant needs and aspirations.
  • Providing job coaching and employment support services to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of disability and employment services, including experience with DES and IEA.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with multiple stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
  • Experience in employment, job coaching, vocational training, or community engagement.
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build and lead a future team.
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle (travel to worksites and community organisations required).
