About The Opportunity

This role plays a vital part in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, which focuses on improving sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability. As a Coach, you will centre on mentoring participants to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored, individualised plans and fostering a work-ready mindset. Your goal will be to put the participant at the forefront of our service delivery, providing support and guidance to help them secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring each participant's individual needs and aspirations for employment are at the forefront of your focus
  • Effectively supporting a caseload of participants, providing support, guidance, and direction
  • Achieving individual and team KPIs in line with our Inclusive Employment Australia Deed requirements
  • Delivering coaching and support to participants in line with our Service Delivery Model
  • Building rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs
  • Connecting participants with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services to address vocational and non-vocational needs
  • Working collaboratively with Business Inclusion Specialists to engage with inclusive employers and identify tailored job opportunities
  • Creating sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants via relationships with local employers
  • Supporting employers with inclusive practices and work adjustments, fostering a disability-confident workplace.
