Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery meet the highest standards. This includes maintaining mise en place, setting up and packing down equipment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with F&B management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Ensure that all food and beverages served meet brand standards and are delivered on time and at the right location
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home
  • Prioritize effective communication skills to handle guest concerns and feedback
  • Apply problem-solving skills to turn issues into opportunities and create memorable guest experiences
  • Serve as a trusted contact for guests, assisting with any issues or inquiries
  • Maintain revenue growth through promotion and upselling, while also training colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of Food & Beverage staff by designing and implementing training plans
  • Guarantee high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Adeptly manage guest requests, resolving complaints and challenges in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Team leader or Supervisor
  • A genuine passion for food and a love for sharing culinary stories with guests
  • Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate, as required by law
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
