Exceptional Customer Experience Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Nightfill Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
As a Nightfill Manager, you will guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service. This includes maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management.
The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed individual who is committed to continually understanding our diverse customer base. You will need:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience, including leading, coaching and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
