Senior Systems Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Cloudstreet Consulting in Darwin, Northern Territory.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team responsible for reviewing and analysing services, processes and technology to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and operational support to ensure critical business systems operate smoothly and without interruption.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality technical advice and support in relation to critical agency applications and business systems.
  2. Lead the assessment, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and implementation of solutions to problems and requests for change.
  3. Determine and document business requirements and processes by working with key stakeholders to deliver improvements in information systems and management practices.
  4. Plan and drive scoping, requirement definitions and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
  5. Participate in after-hours and on-call rosters as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating and implementing systems development and configuration activities.
  • Well-developed knowledge of and proven experience in contemporary techniques, concepts, standards and processes for Digital systems.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating change and release activities in a Digital systems development context.
  • Highly skilled in the use of usual office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
