Job Description:

As a trusted advisor and collaborative partner, the Contract Governance Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving financial sustainability and providing expert advice and compliance assurance to support delivery of strategic objectives.

The primary focus of this role is to oversee the implementation of contract governance policies and procedures, ensuring that all contractual agreements are compliant with organisational standards and stakeholder expectations.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Contract Governance Coordinator will develop and implement practical solutions to meet stakeholder needs, while maintaining alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, monitor, and update the University's policy, procedure, practice, and frameworks applicable to contract governance.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions based on stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, including tracking key milestones, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that all contract documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
