Our work hours are structured as follows:

  • Week 1: 7:30am - 3:30pm (West Perth office)
  • Week 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Working from home)

You will contribute by:

  • Managing claims through to finalisation
  • Identifying potential recovery action for effective claims management
  • Reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs
  • Negotiating settlements for claims
  • Serving as a technical referral point for internal teams
  • Providing empathy and understanding in complex conversations
  • Consistently exceeding member expectations with service
  • Identifying continuous improvement initiatives

  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to gather, collate and present evidence, making informed decisions
  • Clear communication of complex processes and decisions to members
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in claims lodgement and end-to-end claims process desirable
  • Previous experience in financial services industry desirable
