
Financial Claim Resolution Specialist

Our Claims Specialists are responsible for conducting telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most, making a genuine difference in their lives.
About Your RoleYou will contribute daily by:
- Managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation
- Identifying potential recovery action as part of effective claims management
- Reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs
- Negotiating settlements for claims
- Serving as a technical referral point for internal teams
- Providing empathy, understanding whilst handling complex conversations
- Consistently delivering service that exceeds members' expectations
We seek exceptional customer service skills, a high attention to detail, excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and ability to gather, collate, and present evidence and make informed decisions. Additionally, you should have the ability to clearly communicate complex processes and decisions, a results-oriented mindset, self-drive, and motivation to work autonomously. Experience in claims lodgement and knowledge of end-to-end claims process are desirable.
