Key Branch Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to take on a key role within our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, loading and tracking delivery runs, and maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
  • Embracing the values of being a supportive team member

Requirements:

  • No industry experience required
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL, ALONG WITH CONFIDENCE, INITIATIVE & ENTHUSIASM
  • Clean full drivers' license and some general computer skills
  • You'll be a TEAM PLAYER with exceptional safety awareness
