About the roleWe're looking for a true Branch Manager to join this impressive, service-based company.
The role will ultimately involve P&L responsibility, driving top line revenue development, operational efficiency + engaging a team of service staff and support functions.Duties Drive operational efficiencies through the service team Ensure internal sales team working at pace to maximise opportunities within the B2C market Ensure sales and operations work effectively to uncover & deliver on new business opportunities & drive repeat business Lead with presence and effectiveness across the whole branch Full responsibility for P&L for the branch Skills and Experience Strong leadership credentials, ideally having led both sales & operations / service functions previously Industry experience aligned to industrial services with both sales & service business streams Commercially savvy including understanding sales & revenue generation in addition to operations Ideally have P&L responsibility Passionate leader able to implement change management & drive best practice through a branch Benefits National organisation with career advancement opportunities Attractive bonus component to the role Organisation that is a leader in their field Business continually looking to grow with strong acquisition focus About the companyThis national organisation has a proud history and operates across the industrial services market.
